The client for this project was the Nashville office of Lend Lease.
This project involved literally sawing an existing building in half, and then excavating some 60' down immediately adjacent to the remaining half of the existing building to accommodate new underground parking. Careful excavation, piles, underpinning and retaining walls were also featured in this logistics plan. This is a faster version of the original animation.

The building model was received with preliminary design by others, reorganized and rendered in 3DS MAX, and the final animation was completed in 14 days.
