The clients for this project were Lend Lease and BCH Mechanical.
The mechanical contractor working with a repeat client expressed a desire to create an animation showing their mechanical systems for a new hospital. The result was this short, abstract animation which helped them win additional mechanical contracts. One challenge here was matching viewpoints of some actual photographs of the project under construction to show the accuracy of the 3D model.

The model was constructed in AutoCAD from supplied plans along with some 3D models from the contractor, rendered in 3DS MAX, and the final animation was completed in 10 days.
