Originally this was intended to be 2 separate construction projects, but the client wanted an animation showing the construction of both of the two buildings at the same time. This is an abbreviated version of the original animation.

The model was constructed in AutoCAD from supplied plans, rendered in 3DS MAX, and the final animation was completed in roughly 14 days.
